php_joe
I want to be able to save an audio recording on my website. Now, I know how to upload a file that's saved on my hard drive, but is there a way to save something that I'm saying into a microphone into a folder on my server? Thanks!Joe
trq
Yes. Once you have saved what you are saying to a file, upload it. Otheriwise, for streaming audio to a server I really think you'd need to look at another proticol. The msn proticol may have something to offer in this area, but the only extensions Ive seen impliment it where written for Python, not php. php_joe
Yeah, I'm saving and uploading now. What I want is something that I can record directly to a folder on my server so that I don't have to go through the multi-step process of recording, saving, and uploading. Thanks anyway,Joe
