fenway Posted November 6, 2006 Share Posted November 6, 2006 IE has always supported embedded fonts, but FF thinks -- for some very stupid reason -- that this comprises user security. So you can request a font that the user might have, but nothing more. You can provide a list of similar looking fonts, but nothing else will work cross-browser, save for actually converting everything to images, which works fine for the navigation, but not for content.
