xyn Posted November 9, 2006 Share Posted November 9, 2006 Hey,I've created a chat room with using AJAX, and Ihave started to think about online users list afteralot of thinking I decided to place it in a pop-up.When the popup loads it directs the main index pageworks fine...My problem is trying to make a FUNCTION which willget another page OR will basically run an SQL Query.best bet is getting a file and running the SQL syntax...Any ideas how i can do this? pro_se Posted November 12, 2006 Share Posted November 12, 2006 you could make it so that every post they make updates the time on an sql database and if the time is < 5 min then it will not display them... i did that for my fake myspace project and it worked out great!
