I have an website that I need to know how I put 3 things...

1º Real Date/time of GMT +00 ( Europe/Dublin ) in MySQL; -> this I want to know how to put in MySQL.

2º UPDATING seconds ( in PHP but connected to MySQL Date/time that is "reloading" every second )

3º Create an Time_out for every 1 minute, it runs an mysql_query();

Its possible?
