Copy Page From The Web And Upload It On My Server

Heey guys and gals

 

I'm trying to find a way to create script that would take any page from the web, copy that and upload it to my server

 

I need to do so in order to be able to track clicks to those pages without the need for my customers to install the tracking code

 

Here is a good example what I want:

 

 

May be even not copy-upload but just cloak the page this way so that ip appears on the web under my domain so I can track it internally.

 

Any suggestion is welcome and very much appreciated
