Save XML files

Hey,

If anyone has the time, could you help me out with this problem I'm having.

I have a question...

I have this xml document, and in it, I have about 60 nodes which all have about 2 attributes and it also has another node inside which has about 10 atributes.

it looks like this basically..

ok so what I'm trying to do is build a form so the user can edit the values of certain attributes in a node and then save that file so it updates.

"I'm making that form because the user doesn't know squat about xml or programming. I'm trying to migrate them from using the traditional filing papers to sending info on the fly."

What programming langauge should I use, and how can I get this done? Thanks

Is there a reason behind storing this information in XML files? I would have thought a MySQL database would be more suiting.
