I was wondering if anyone here knew how to setup syntax highlighting inside of a textarea for a web based php editor I'm trying to build for myself. fenway Posted November 15, 2006 Share Posted November 15, 2006 Never actually done this, but I assume that you'd be in edit mode for richtext, so there's no reason why you couldn't attach formatting to anything that matches your highlighting criteria -- not that I have a tutorial to point you to, unfortunately.
