I was wondering if anyone here knew how to setup syntax highlighting inside of a textarea for a web based php editor I'm trying to build for myself. I've looked around and haven't found much, so I'm hoping someone here has seen it done before. fenway Posted November 15, 2006 Share Posted November 15, 2006 Never actually done this, but I assume that you'd be in edit mode for richtext, so there's no reason why you couldn't attach formatting to anything that matches your highlighting criteria -- not that I have a tutorial to point you to, unfortunately.
