Website not compatible on high resolution. Any one Suggest Solution.?

I developed a wesite for my client and when it tried open on high resolution, the web page was showing long horizontal scroll bar and web page not compatible with high resolution. Please suggest me how to fix it.

Thanks for your help but this problem get fixed. I change my website body width pixel to % ( percentages ).

After that website adapt each resolution - 800 x 600, 1024 x 768 & it appear in whole screen.
