HTML Menu in PHP Page

I have a quick quick question for you freaks maybe you could answer. 


I have a phpmydirectory site. I also have a custom template for the site.


I was not happy with the menu and got one in html over at Code Canyon.


I am wanting to just plop this menu in the page.


is this going to work?

I want it t look like the image below. I am only going to have it on 3 pages and just want to keep it exactly like it is so that I can edit it.


I will spend some time to figure out how to do it, but if it is going to be a pain in the arse, I will have someone else do it.

Considering the fact that all PHP does, is to output HTML to the browser: Yeah, adding that menu shouldn't be a problem.

Might take a bit to orient yourself in the code, but the adding itself should be trivial. That is, if the system (PHP script) you're using is any good.
