Mail Form little help

Hi im a web design student and i need to do a simple mail form for a firm and i need 2 make it 2 work, now ive made this , but the thing is if i enter all fields and skip the SECTOR menu the submit executes, if i select from SECTOR the mail input removes and i fill the rest of the inputs the submit doesnt execute, i need to make the form to work on both ways coz mail input is for sending away mails and sector is for internal, so can some1 check where and what im missing in the code and also test it if it sends mail....tnx im using parsley.js for verification...

Put this at top of file..

ini_set("sendmail_from", "From@Domain.com");

Heres how i do my send / response... your using an if(Mail()) statement.. call the function.. and check the variable for a responce.

 
 $sendmail = mail($to,$mailsubject,$message,$headers);
 $mailreturn = ($sendmail? "ACCEPTED BY SERVER" : "FAILED EMAIL") ;

Tnx for the reply but the issue is other, if i fill name subject mail and message and press submit it trys to send the mail but coz dont have mail server it fail, now when i fill name subject and select option from SECTOR dropdown and message it doesnt sent it doesnt do anything i want to fix that issue?

PHP does not care about ids from the form, only names and values atributes.
