Accessing Localhost PHP application through a Website developed in PHP

I have an application which I have installed in my Laptop using WAMP, now I want to access this application from a Website which is laready running online, and developed in PHP.

Please help me for this, What the necessary Code I have to do and settings in my local server.

Why not upload your application on some free hosting sites?

I believe you need to do some port forwarding to be able to access your localhost by other networks
