Link .tpl into a php site?

How do u link .tpl files into php?

i have tried

?>

Uhhh OK.  So you got a tpl file from somewhere and somewhere you may have a template class that you got from somewhere and it may have a show method and somehow you think you can use these and...?  Or you just copied something from somewhere?
