I and 5 of my colleagues are to build a web based medical application to be developed in php. the application is to fuction as a service where we help hospitals manage thier patient information. in other words a database that different hospitals can access at anytime to create and update patient information... is it possible to build such an app with a cms say joomla??? please we need expert opinion and help Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
