Cjones Posted May 4, 2014 Share Posted May 4, 2014 I am wondering if it is possible or if there is a script that will read data or parse text from a PDF so you can use it. For instance, I have wrote a script to where a user types in certain time fractions based off of a Horse's Past Performance and it does some calculations and gives rankings and stats for the horses. However, it would be faster if you were able to upload the PDF and have a script pull those numbers automatically for you and put them in the appropriate fields. The PDF will generally always be the same text and I have one that I will upload so you can so but I just didn't know if that was even possible with PHP or possible in general. Thanks.
