How to display data on a dynamic table and how to hyperlink the data

I want to display the data in the table after I select the value in the drop down list and click the button and the desired display should be like this.

How to make pencil to hyperlink to another webpage

your question isnt very specific.

so you want to show some data in a drop down box. when they select the desired option and hit submit it loads another page showing a table with all the information.

After doing some programming my mind slow down, sigh
