Well i am going to (eventually) make a site where i put up my graphics and web designs but what i'd like is a log in area that allows people to submit their art work in a certain area.

For example there will probably be 2 pages, one called submit and one called something like "other art work" and then people can go to submit and they fill out a simple form that allows them to add their work.

So id want a log in, user registration and somewhere that registered users can submit their work.

Is this possible in PHP. Im new to php and i don't know if this is possible to do.

It surely is. I doubt anyone is going to do it for free tho.

He never asked anyone to write it for him ;) ... as to the original question: you need to research two main things (both of which there are tutorials to guide you on the main http://www.phpfreaks.com site): 1) Membership systems and 2) File uploading. Once you have your brain wrapped around the two overarching concepts, you may want to check into using the GD library for some image manipulation to give your users more flexibility in the images they upload.

Hope this helps give you some direction.
