samjsharples Posted July 10, 2014 Share Posted July 10, 2014 Hi all. I'm relatively new to php (3 years) so any suggestions before I start this project would be greatly appreciated. I have about 10 xml feeds from various betting websites and want to create a bet comparison site a bit like http://www.oddschecker.com/ I'm guessing these sites don't request the xml feed directly from each supplier on every page load but how does this work with live odds? If I were to download the xml feed to my server it would have to be done quite frequently to keep up-to-date. Is there a better way to do this?
