mysql crash HELP!!!

My mysql has crashed.
I ran chkdsk after my pc failed to boot and now the mysql won't load as i get

Error

MySQL said: Documentation
#2003 - The server is not responding

I have data on iti still want but what can I do?
Mysql was working fine until I needed to fix the boot up.

Here is the error codes where the PC crashed on 29th I got it running again on 29th.
I can't get mysql to rn from command line or phpadmin after 28th

I reinstalled mysql server with default settings and I cant connect to port 3306 with phpadmin

Please, I am soooo confused here and I am looking everywhere. This thing seems messy to set up and just going to mysql help pages isn't helping.
The CLC works fine so what the hell is going on here.
