Please I keep seeing this on my wordpress website Linux+cfcd208495d565ef66e7dff9f98764da+01+[[]]. 

I've tried to clear it out but to no avail. Does anyone has a solution? I will appreciate.

Maybe, some malicious, angry windows user exploits an sql injection viewing your admin / root linux account Have you checked for matching this hashed string ("cfcd208495d565ef66e7dff9f98764da") against the users passwords in your database? BTW: this could be a very serious problem.
