Dareros
Hi, i have a problem to include files witch have multiple dots, here is example : include("/path/to/filename.txt"); // This one work fine include("/path/to/filename.txt.txt"); // Give 500 error, even if the full path is correct include("/path/to/dire.c.tory/filename.txt"); // Give 500 error, even if the full path is correct So what is the problem ? How to know if a giving path $path contain files or directories with multiple dots or just one or no dot ? something like : function is_multiple_dots($path) { // return true in the case of presence of two or more dots in the name of at least one directory or filename // return false in the case of presence of at maximum of one dot per filename or directory name } Regards Edited October 9, 2014 by Dareros Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/291520-include-causes-500-error-for-multiple-dots/ Share on other sites
trq
How many dots are within the path to a file makes no difference. Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/291520-include-causes-500-error-for-multiple-dots/#findComment-1493099 Share on other sites
