How would you give users the ability to add multiple locations and show them on Google Maps?

I am looking to do something like this. Showing multiple locations of a business on Google Maps. Living Social has it and so does Groupon.

I know it can be done manually but since it's a user based website, how would the user(business)'s added locations correspond with the Google Maps?

 

Can you point me in the right direction?
