eloypalacios
Hello guys,I'm having many problems with my current Apache version (2.0.40)I think that a good starting point for me to prevent people from running malicious scripts on my server (there is one that runs with the apache user using perl) would be to upgrade to the latest version. How can I find the appropriated help for doing this without messing up things in my server?Im a medium average user (not advanced)Thank you very much in advance for any help.Eloy

steviewdr
oooh. Im not well up on package management in redhat. It *should* be as simple as:yum install apache2.2Try:yum search apacheand see what it lists. If apache2.2 is listed, then yum install apache2.2 should work.Currently Im a debian/ubuntu fellow. Hope to look into CentOS in the new year.-steve
