Creating Accounts w/ the Console

I am trying to use the INSERT INTO option in the console to create another account, but it won't let me nothing is assigned to the privileges in red in the screenshot below:

But I don't know what to assign to those privs.

Account? You mean a DB user? I have no idea what you're doing.

If you are tying to create a new user/change account privileges then you shouldn't use INSERT INTO

Instead you use GRANT

Also make sure you are running the FLUSH PRIVILEGES directly after too.
