dil_bert
well to sume it up Lead Acid batteries are larger and heavier, if we do compare them to the good old Lithium Ion batteries of similar capacity. The advantage of Lead Acid batteries is that they are relatively easy to charge and tolerate abuse better if we choose Lithium : (Lithium Ion batteries tend to burst into flames and release toxic fumes when mishandled). And that is a bad bad thing! Besides that: There is a lot of information online about various battery types.
