I read about this new technology in sharing news from web sites , but I did not understand any thing  ???

I call the freaks of this forum to tell me simple concept about this RSS , what befits I will get if I put it in my site and how to do it  ;)

RSS is site syndication it is usually used by site to give users links to content an RSS 2.0 file follows this syntax

do I have to use all this file to implement RSS in my site, could it be used to add my site in the favorites list of visitor browser, please explain how

an RSS file only needs this to work
