RonRN18
My system works, but when looking at my phpinfo, I notice that there are fields such as "date.default_latitude", "date.default_longitude", "date.sunrise_zenith", and "date.sunset_zenith", which are currently left at their default settings. My guess is that there is no problem leaving these at their default values but I have been searching for how this data is used and can't finding any supporting information. The "Documentation" from php.net is a pathetic joke and gives no details as to why you would want to change this. My inquisitive mind just wants to know in what cases you would want to change this; not that I NEED to change it but what it would mean if I changed it. RonRN18
On a side note, I looked up the default coordinates and noticed that they were in Jerusalem, Israel. I am assuming this is somewhere meaningful to Andi Gutmans and Zeev Suraski? kicken
The settings are used as defaults for the date_sunrise and date_sunset functions. The functions, and their related configuration directives are slated for removal.
