JJohnsenDK
HeyIs it possible to use the explode function in a mysql_query function? I need this because i have a database which looks like this:Game:game_id: 1home_id: 3visitor_id: 5home_actions: g:1|g:1|g:1|y:4visitor_actions: g:3|r:2|y:2|g:4|y:4Player:player_id: 1fname: Jesperlname: Johnsenteam_id: 1So what i need in home and visitor_actions are to explode all the signs expect the numbers so i can use the number to define the player_id from player and then call out the players name.Do my request make sense? trq
You can't actually use explode within your query. Pull the data out, explode or parse the data however you need and go from there.
