If it's just something very small scale, then TipiWiki is fine and doesnt require a database. The main usage will be used as a project tool for a web site im making plus another seperate wiki as a personal one for brain dumping ideas for blog, life, travel, cooking, maybe-someday projects and other crap. I have used twiki [url=http://twiki.org]twiki.org[/url] at work but appears to be a dog to install.
