hany321 Posted January 31, 2007 Share Posted January 31, 2007 Dear All on Windows Xp I have installed Xampp With the following components Apache HTTPD 2.2.3, MySQL 5.0.27, PHP 5.2.0 , i installed postgresql i got that error while trying to connect Postgre sql . also an error tells me my php does not support postgresql database and undefinied pg_connect function error How to configure postgresql in php.ini or what is the wrong with my php installation Please Help Thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
wildteen88 Posted January 31, 2007 Share Posted January 31, 2007 If you want to use the pg_* function set you need to load the postgreSQL extension in the php.ini. To do so just uncomment the following line in the php.ini: ;extension=php_pgsql.dll uncomment means remove the semi-colon ( at the start of the line.
