Then as a Copyright for the user (so that other users cant copy their image onto their page) the jpeg will be copyrighted (commented) with their username and then when another user attempts to upload their image it will detect that copyright COMMENT within the image (using exif_read_data()) and then will block the user from uploading it.How would I add the comment into the JPEG image.
