How do I go about maintaining my "clients" who buy a script from me?

Like I want to allow my "clients" to be able to buy the updated version of the script for the next 3 months. Of course I dont want to write all their emails in a piece of paper and remind them that their time is up.

Is there any software that does this automaticly? Thoughts?

Why don't you write one? Store it all in a database. Seems pretty simple to me.
