Only big drawbacks are you can only upload 10mb at a time, and you have to have proof of ID for the php mail() function to be enabled, so they don't get spammers. I use this host for my clan site (www.pr0n.cjb.net), works fine for me. Webhostfreaks.com has a starter plan for 3.99 and webgeekz.netgeekz.net offers domains at 8.95 per year!
