ryanh_106
Hi Everyone, I have just got my computer running Vista properly (close to more effort than it works with my network configuration ) and things look good. Up until now I have used Notepad2 (not windows notepad) to edit my PHP files as it has simple syntax highlighting but I got to thinking this morning whether its time I should find something a bit more advanced, now im on Vista. Now please bear in mind im a student, so my pockets arent lined with gold, but I would be interested to know which editor people prefer when they are writing in PHP, and if anyone has tested any of these in Vista? Cheers Ryan Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/38161-moving-to-vista/ Share on other sites
ldsmike88
I have always like Dreamweaver, but that is pretty expensive, even with the education discount. You could try Microsoft FrontPage, I don't really like it but it should work. Microsoft is also coming out with a new program. I don't remember what it is called but I think they are advertizing it on their homepage.
