What Can Cause This Error?

What could be causing this when I know the file is all ok Im uploading...?

You don't say what the error is, but in that line the ( and ) are unbalanced - five of one and four of the other

can you elaborate for a newbie?!

 

Im uploading a csv to an online products search site and its returning that the csv is either corrupt or empty.

 

This site works fine on our original server but not when trying to move it...
