Database Question

I know this is possible to be done, I'm just not sure how to go about it or where to start.

I have my database completely set up, I want to tweek it so that after 10 rows are added that a new page starts after 10 more rows are added another new page begins. That way not all the data is on one page. After everything is submitted into this database that will make for one huge page and I do not want that.

Does anyone know how to do this? Or where I can look to find the answer?
