[SOLVED] ol/ul contents outdenting

Hey I'm having a problem with UL/OL list contents that are outdenting instead of indenting. Can't figure it out for the life of me...

in the teal table section near bottom of the page

 

the code i'm using is simply

 

<ul>
<li>one
<li>two
<li>threee
</ul>

Is this a trick question ... or have you removed teal and removed the list items, becaause neither appear using IE.  You do have a js error on the page, however.
