New Coder Posted March 16, 2007 Share Posted March 16, 2007 I am using navicat to administer our mysql db. I want to make a copy of the current db so that we can use it for tests & manipulation. Within Navicat there is a transfer option, which from looking from the documentation will copy all the structure and data etc, but.. it does not state whether it leaves the source db as it is and where it is or whether it does just move it to an new location.
