Might be simple but I am new to the in depth area.

What's in your DB for the information about the stylesheet? If you are storing the actual name of the sheet, you can query the database with the passed style:

<?php
if (isset($_GET['style']) && is_numeric($_GET['style'])) {
  $sql = mysql_query("SELECT * FROM styleTable WHERE id = '$_GET[style]'");
  if (mysql_num_rows($sql) == 1) {
    // We got a record
    $row = mysql_fetch_array($sql);
    echo "<link type=\"text/css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" href=\"$row[filename]\" />\n";
  }
}
?>

Another thing I've been doing recently is having my CSS sheet be a PHP file that displays itself as a CSS file:

<?php
header("Content-type: text/css");
?>

Hope this gives you a few ideas of what some options are.

Good luck!
