I am working on error handeling for a script, and i am working on what to display if no number is given. in the link:

http://www.codedunderground.com/view/article.php?view=

what is the variable $_GET['view'] ?

i tried using this

if( $_GET['view'] != ""){
echo 'bla bla bla';
}else{
echo '<center><b><h3>The content you have requested cannot be found.</h3></b></center>';
}

Your question is pretty vague, heres a guess as to what your after.

 

<?php

  if (!isset($_GET['view']))) {
    echo 'bla bla bla';
  } else {
    echo '<center><b><h3>The content you have requested cannot be found.</h3></b></center>';
  }

?>
