[SOLVED] Error Help

I have the following bit of code, but ever since i put in the pagination (SP?) code it keeps throwing out an error (see below)

This is the error i recieve

 

Error: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 1

 

any ideas why?
