leesiulung
Honestly, I do not have much experience with PHP or any of the IDE's, but frequently use Dreamweaver 8 (as part of my job) and Eclipse with phpEclipse plug-in (at home). I use Eclipse since I do a lot of development in Java and Eclipse is great for that. It also supports C/C++ and ColdFusion with plug-ins. Best of all, it is FREE and cross platform. I would as well like to see what others recommend though... Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/48070-php-ide/#findComment-234923 Share on other sites
redking
I only know about zend, but the zend PHP 5 debugger can't do database code, which makes it really annoying Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/48070-php-ide/#findComment-234934 Share on other sites
jeffjustice
I have used NuSphere as a PhP IDE and I am very satisfied. I saw people talking about phpeclipse and I even saw this video http://codervods.com/VideoPage.aspx?ID=924&&category=PHP and I would ask someone who has used both which is better. Thanks. Wolphie
Theres nothing wrong with it, it could prove useful for other people. In my personal experience, the best ever Windows IDE I've found/used is phpDesigner 2008.
