simple fix! alignment

hello i wonder if you can help! its really simple yet i can get it to work!

 

i want to align something i have echoed right so there is a considerable gap between that and something else i have echoed! where do i put the script and what do i put! thank you for you help here is the code

 

echo("<div> <B>Title         ______________                 </b>");
echo($row["Title"]);

 

in stead of the line i want it justified right!

i keep getting that dreaded white screen! im obviously putting it in the wrong place and not in the right commas!

i have got it to work but the text is on different lines! is there a way around this?
