Help with bot-trap php scripts.

Greetings!

 

I am trying to learn PHP. Although I can trace most codes this one is got me going in circles.  Here is my problem.

 

I run several basic websites. Recently the sites have been the victim of several SPAM BOTs scanning them looking for E-mail addresses to grab. I did some research and found a nice trap script on danielwebb.us. It works fine. But I run my sites on a Windows Based system (I know Linux is better) and I need the script to send mail via SMTP phpmailer with authentication. Well I have a form on one site that I patched together and it uses phpmailer. I tried to get this to work but I'm not on that level yet. Can anyone look at this script I have changed and give me some suggestions?
