A floating DIV when you hover a hyperlink

I would simply like to know if anyone has any sort of knowledge on this subject.

 

Basically I want a DIV that apears when I hover over a link.

 

An example can be seen here:

If you hover a link to a game you will see what I am trying to do. Infact this is exactly what I want.
