One Framework, many options?

Does anybody know of a Framework that would support all of the following:

 

Scripts - likely will be PDF files (can I view page by page in PHP)

Storyboards - again, likely PDF files

Designs - mash of TIF, JPG, and PSD files

Layouts - likely going to be PSD or TIF files

Backgrounds - likely going to be PSD files

Leica - Quicktime movies (fine line between quality and size)

 

The option of adding comments to each is also required.  A real bonus would be a framework that could load all of the files from a directory because the files will be constantly changing, some added, removed.

That would really depend on what exactly your mean by support. Any decent framework should be able to handle storage and retrieval of most / any file types.

by support, I guess I mean, allow me use all of those file types so that I'm not using multiple add-ons.  I'd like to have a uniform look if at all possible. 

 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
