Setting timezone

Hello everyone!

 

I'm looking for a way to set it so my time is accurate to my timezone on my website. I have a little bar at the bottom of my emails that read

However my timezone, for example, would make the time 6:04:57 PM.

 

I am using PHP 4.4.4 so date_default_timezone_set doesn't work.

 

I'd appreciate any ideas you might have to make the time accurate.

if you used

 

ADDDATE(date, INTERVAL 1 HOUR) that would add one hour to the current time and that would solve the problem. 

 

"date" in this case could be either an entered date or a value you set.  In your case, just set it equal to curdate() or something equivalent.

Try ini_set('date.timezone','your/timezone'), there is a list of valid timezones here.
