[SOLVED] how to make a pop up message when my mouse pointer points something

greetings. i am a newcomer in javascript, lots of thing i have to study and understand. please help me mentoring this. first, id lilke to know how to make a pop-up message when my  mouse pointer points somenthing in my website, ex : my mouse pointer points button, and the button is labeled with "home". I want to show the text labeled "home" near the mouse pointer. thanks alot bro..
