xooo
Alright, so I've downloaded an Apache server and got it to work. I tried it within my network and the speed there is good. Then I asked people to try to download things from it from other locations (Their connection speeds are 24mbit) and the max download speed they can get is about 150KB/s. I'm on a 100/100 line and should upload in at least 3MB/s+ as in direct connection uploads. Is there a problem with my configuration or what else could be the problem? I'd appriciate any help. Have tried browsing the internet for clues but with no luck. Thanks in advance
steviewdr
ISP's sometimes limit the speed per connection/download/download thread. I use TrueDownloader to download multiple threads. I suggest you debug it a little more and then if its not your side, contact your ISP. -steve
