madmike7278 Posted May 29, 2007 Share Posted May 29, 2007 I have been looking for a php script that can basically perform employee/contractor evaluations. Its a simple 5 question evaluation and I need to save the data to a mysql database, and have some reporting functionality. Logins would need to be Admin, manager & Vendor(person providing the contractor or employee) Does anyone know of any open source scripts out there that can do this. Most of the projects Ive found have been dead for a long time and dont usually work at all. Any help is greatly appreciated. AndyB Posted May 29, 2007 Share Posted May 29, 2007 Sounds like the kind of thing you could whip up in less than an hour ... probably less time than it would take to find something close to what you want and understand it well enough (or recode it) to do exactly what you want.
