New Coder
Hello, I hope somebody can help. I have a internal website (intranet), all the pages have a logo at the top and a menu bar down the left hand side (about 20% of the page). One of the pages is events, which I have given content ownership over to another department. Every week they provide me with 1 picture and a number of topics/events they wish to be displayed on the page (remainding 80% on the right hand side). Is there a way I can give them a template (or something) that they can just fill in with whatever info/pics they wish and it will automatically display? Currently I recieve 1 jpg image and a word document roughly layed out how they wish for it to be displayed. At the moment I am editing the HTML directly and the other depatment will be unable/reluctant to do this. Thanks in advance Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/55259-editable-html-page-help/ Share on other sites
ToonMariner
you could put a content management system in - then they could do it all themselves. HOWEVER if you do make sure it has lots of checks as to what they are putting up incase the destroy everytihng .
